CISMA, The Construction, Infrastructure, Steel and Handling Equipment Union, signs a partnership with, an apartment rental platform for business travellers. CISMA members will be able to benefit from an alternative accommodation solution for more comfort and savings, especially at major trade shows.

CISMA companies participate in numerous trade shows, as exhibitors and visitors, and are sometimes confronted with the problem of accommodation. Hotel capacity is often saturated and it becomes difficult for participants to make affordable accommodation near the event.

French startup offers an alternative accommodation solution to companies, especially at major business events such as Pollutec in Lyon, Batimat and Intermat in Paris, or the Cemat in Hanover.

The platform offers nearly 100,000 private apartments, studios and apartments in more than 70 major cities for short term rentals and serviced apartments. All accommodations are selected to meet the specific requirements of the business clientele in terms of comfort, equipment and safety. For each accommodation is indicated the distance to get to the exhibition park, on foot, by transport or by car. In addition, the magicStay mobile e-concierge services app offers services such as breakfast delivery, room service, dry cleaners, chauffeured car reservations, etc.

“CISMA members, especially for exhibitors who must stay for the duration of the event, will appreciate this new offer which is a real trend in business travel. It will also allow them to make substantial savings on their cost of participation.” explains Renaud Buronfosse, CISMA’s General Delegate, before adding: “Our members will also be able to use tools offered by the start-up to optimize their travel policy and obtain reports on business travel.”

After a day in the living room, professionals enjoy being in a quiet and intimate apartment, with a private kitchen, or sharing accommodation with their team. And this while paying, on average, 30% to 60% less than at the hotel.
